At the end of the first quarter of 2025, the number of apartments sales reached 28.8 thousand. – It’s as much as 47.5 percent more than in the same period a year earlier. Records on the apartment market
At the beginning of the year, the total number of apartments put up for sale in Warsaw, Krakow, Wrocław, Gdańsk, Poznań, Łódź and Katowice amounted to a total of 103 thousand. This means an increase of 38 percent. Relative to the same period of 2024 in Warsaw alone from November 2023, when the offer fell below 14,000, the number of ads increased almost without interruption.

According to experts, the lack of new support programs, high interest rates on loans and a slowdown in salary growth affect poor demand. At the same time, the number of newly devoted apartments and started construction also decreases, which can affect the further growth of supply.
