Great finish by Natalia Kaczmarek. A great prognosis before the final!

Natalia Kaczmarek won her Olympic semi-final in the 400 meters. The Pole fought for the triumph with Amber Anning until the very end.
Natalia Kaczmarek is in fantastic form this season. She has already become the European champion in the 400-meter race, but she has also broken the Polish record twice. Before the Olympic Games, she improved this result to a time of 48.90 seconds. This gave her third place on the world lists.
Kaczmarek with another brilliant performance
The beginning of the competition in Paris confirmed the high form of our athlete. She won her elimination race with a time of 49.98 seconds. We counted on the fact that there would be no major problems with advancing to the grand finale.
And so it happened. Our athlete started off calmly, but picked up speed halfway through. She raced Amber Anning at the finish line. Only the British athlete was able to keep up with her. Ultimately, Kaczmarek triumphed with a time of 49.45. This was therefore a better result than the one she achieved in the qualifiers. At the same time, it was the third result in the semi-finals. Only Salwa Eid Naser (49.07) and Marileidy Paulino (49.22) were better than the Pole.
Both women will be Kaczmarek’s main rivals in the fight for the gold medal. Paulino is particularly impressive in her form. Although she had a weaker time than the competitor from Bahrain, she slowed down just before the finish line because she knew she had a huge advantage over the rest of the field.
Nikisha Pryce’s Sensational Elimination
Nikisha Pryce unexpectedly ran poorly. In the second semi-final, Jamaica achieved a result of 50.77 s, which did not even allow her to advance to the final, and yet Pryce was mentioned among the favorites for medals. Her elimination is certainly not a worry for our representative.
Kaczmarek will run for an Olympic medal on Friday, August 9. The women’s 400-meter race is scheduled to start promptly at 8 p.m.
