In 2025, owners of single -family houses have record -breaking financial support for investments to improve the energy efficiency of buildings. In the new installment of the “Clean Air” program you can gain up to 170 thousand. zloty. At the same time, there is a thermomodernization relief and the “My Ciepło” program, which allows you to reduce the costs of modern installations. Here is the most important information – reliably and in accordance with current regulations.


“Clean air 2025” – up to 170 thousand PLN for a house with high energy consumption

The “Clean Air” program is the most important nationwide source of support for owners of single -family houses and separate premises with the land and mortgage register. Finaned, among others From the modernization fund, in 2025 it offers higher income thresholds and larger amounts of subsidy. The key change is the dependence of the amount of support on the energy efficiency of the building.

The maximum amount of the subsidy is up to PLN 170,000 – House owners with energy demand exceeding 140 kWh/m²/year.

What can be financed?

  • insulation of walls, ceilings and roofs,

  • replacement of windows and doors,

  • installation of mechanical ventilation with recuperation,

  • Installation of heat pumps, heating systems and photovoltaics.

From 2025, an energy audit has been in force before the start of work and the energy performance certificate after the investment is completed. Subsidies do not include gas boilers, although it is planned to be turned on again.


Thermomodernization relief – up to 106 thousand PLN return in PIT

An additional instrument supporting the modernization of the house is thermomodernization reliefwhich allows you to deduct from income up to PLN 53,000 per person. In the case of marriages – co -owners of real estate – it is possible to deduct up to PLN 106,000.

The deduction is subject to, among others:

  • purchases of thermal insulation materials,

  • window and door joinery,

  • heat pumps and heating installations,

  • photovoltaics, energy magazines and wind micro -installations,

  • Design and executive services, including energy audits.

To take advantage of the relief, keep invoices and take into account expenses in the annual PIT tax return. You can only deduct costs that were not previously covered by a subsidy – e.g. from “clean air”.

New 2025: The relief no longer covers expenses for gas and oil boilers and fuel tanks, while it includes new energy management technologies.


“My warm” – up to PLN 21,000 for a heat pump in a new home

The “My warm” program is addressed to the owners of new single -family houses. Finances the purchase and installation of heat pumps – both air and ground – with low energy demand (EP to 55 kWh/m²/year).

Subsidy amount:

  • up to 30% or 45% of eligible costs,

  • no more than PLN 21,000.
