See photos of the characters from the series “Senna” – new from Netflix. The production will tell about the life of the legendary racing driver – Ayrton Senna. This will be a must-have for fans of good series – even if you don’t like F1.

In the photos we see Gabriel Leone, who plays the title character, captured in his characteristic pose, wearing a red jumpsuit and the famous helmet that has become a symbol of the F1 legend’s career. Key figures from Senna’s life also appear: parents, close friends and the biggest rival on the track – Alain Prost, played by Matt Mella.

“Senna” – what will the series be about?

The six-episode miniseries presents, for the first time in a fictional form, the turbulent journey of Ayrton Senna, showing his successes and struggles, moments of joy and disappointment. It will focus on the athlete’s personality and illustrate interpersonal relationships that were of key importance both on and off the track. The story begins with the humble beginnings of the career of the three-time Formula 1 world champion, goes through exciting go-kart racing, moving to England, where he competed in Formula Ford, to a tragic accident at the Imola track in Italy during the San Marino Grand Prix.

The showrunner is Vicente Amorim, who also co-directs with Julia Rezende. The series, produced by Gullane studio, was created in cooperation with Senna Brands and – above all – with the driver’s family.

Motorsport fans and those who want to learn the story of one of the greatest drivers in the history of motor sports should certainly not miss this production.
