Gosia Wójtowicz, author of the travelwithmeggy profile on TikTok and a traveler, decided to share with Internet users her method of how to fly around the world for free on Wizz Air planes.

She assured that this was not a clickbait but a proven method. – Not many people know about it and I don’t know why, because it’s a really great patent. I use it regularly, she emphasized.

What is it? As we hear in the recording posted on social media, if we use flights offered by the Hungarian carrier and we book accommodation using the Booking website, then we receive part of the money spent in the form of cashback.

These funds can later be used to buy tickets, additional luggage or buy a seat on the plane next to the person you are traveling with. There are no hidden catches in the offer – when booking tickets, just use the redirection to the Booking website and make sure that the cashback offer is active. When finalizing your reservation, be sure to provide your Wizz Air card number, which can be found in your user account.

The traveler clarified that usually within a period of approximately one or two months, our Wizz Air account will receive a refund of five percent of the value of the accommodation. – At the moment, I have EUR 88 from two nights to use in the application. These funds are valid for six months from the date of receipt, she explained.

Wizz Air flights for free? Internet users: There is one catch

In the comments under the video, Internet users pointed out one problem. “Very often it is not free at all, because when you compare the price of accommodation from the Wizz Air link and the price without it, it turns out that you are simply overpaying just to get these funds,” wrote Internet users.

In response, Gosia Wójtowicz noted that she always checks whether the price is the same. She emphasized that she had rarely encountered a situation where the price was actually higher.
