Fortnite x PKO Bank Polski: “Afterflood Tycoon” – season 2 with a mission to save the world
PKO Bank Polski returns to Fortnite with a new educational map “Afterflood Tycoon”. After the success of the first season, in which players built a financial empire, this time the bank focuses on ecology, cooperation and sustainable development. Sounds serious? Don’t worry – everything is presented in the form of an engaging strategic game that will keep you entertained for hours.
New map, new mission
“Afterflood Tycoon” is a continuation of the educational project of PKO Bank Polski in the Fortnite creative mode. This time, players find themselves in a world after a natural disaster – the continent has been flooded and humanity lives on scattered islands. The goal is to rebuild the world by creating a Green Energy Center that will dry flooded areas and restore ecological balance.
The game is not about eliminating opponents – instead, it is about cooperation, resource management and recycling. Players clean the ocean of garbage, process it into raw materials and build bases, improve boats and develop energy infrastructure. All in the spirit of zero waste and promoting renewable energy sources.
Education through play
The largest Polish bank does not sell any financial products in the game, but promotes valuable educational content. Players will find on the map, among others: a market for recycling materials that operates on the principles of supply and demand, like a simplified stock exchange. There is also an investment fund simulator that shows how the world of finance works in practice.
The center of the map is the PKO Rotunda – the heart of the reborn world, where all the key game functions converge. Players can choose one of three character classes, which adds variety to the gameplay and allows for different play styles.

The first map of PKO Bank Polski – “Cash Empire Tycoon” – attracted thousands of players. In total, they spent 350,000 minutes on it, and the average session time was 26 minutes. This shows that education in the gaming world really works.
