ForSpace by Decoroom: the new brand responds to the boom in the fit-out sector
The residential and hotel investment market in Poland is growing dynamically, and with it the demand for comprehensive fit-out services. ForSpace by Decoroom is a response to the needs of institutional investors who expect scale, predictability and the highest quality of implementation.
The growing number of PRS, PBSA projects and hotel investments redefine the standards of cooperation in the interior finishing sector. Investors are increasingly looking for partners who not only implement projects, but also support the decision-making process, optimize costs and ensure consistency at every stage of the investment. It is in this context that the ForSpace by Decoroom brand was created – a specialized entity focused on large, complex fit-out projects.
ForSpace by Decoroom is the result of the development of competences and experience of the team that has been implementing finishing projects within Decoroom. Separating the brand is a step towards further specialization and building a structure focused on large-scale investments.
The company focuses on cooperation with institutional investors, implementing projects in the PRS, PBSA, hotels, aparthotels and other operational real estate sectors. The scope of activities covers the entire process – from concept and design, through coordination of work, to equipping and preparing premises for use, both in terms of apartments and common parts of the investment. In response to the growing market requirements, ForSpace by Decoroom develops an operating model based on consulting, standardization, cost optimization and precise schedule management. This approach allows us to ensure consistency of implementation and efficiency in projects with hundreds of premises.
– The decision to establish a new brand, ForSpace by Decoroom, was a natural step resulting from the maturity of our competences and the needs of institutional investors. We wanted to create an entity fully focused on the implementation of fit-out projects, with developed processes and structure, which provides real support in decision-making, cost optimization and smooth passage through the entire investment process – says Jakub Bartos, member of the management board and managing director of Decoroom.
In recent years, the team responsible for ForSpace by Decoroom has carried out projects for leading European funds investing in Poland. They trusted him, among others: Van der Vorm Living, Womak Holding, G City Europe, Urban Partners and other key companies building portfolios of apartments for rent in the largest Polish cities. This cooperation covered the full scope of activities – from the concept and executive documentation, through coordination of finishing works, to comprehensive equipment and preparation of premises for immediate rental.
The ForSpace by Decoroom operating model is based on precise procedures, standardization of details, strict cost control and logistics calibrated for projects consisting of hundreds of apartments. Thanks to this, the company provides solutions that combine efficiency, high durability and repeatability of workmanship.
– Our goal is to create solutions that work not only at the implementation stage, but also in the everyday operation of the investment. We combine a design approach with an operational approach, thanks to which we are able to effectively conduct even the most demanding projects – emphasizes Szymon Sarnowski, director of the ForSpace by Decoroom implementation department.
The transformation of the PRS department into an independent brand ForSpace by Decoroom is part of a long-term development strategy – building the position of one of the key partners for large-scale investments.
