Former TVP journalist surprises on Channel Zero. Her program has telling results
Arleta Bojke joined Krzysztof Stanowski’s channel a few months ago. The presenter’s format is interesting to internet users.
In recent months, there has been a large turnover of employees at Telewizja Polska. Many people returned to the station after a few years’ break, while others lost their jobs. One of the people who parted ways with the public broadcaster was Arleta Bojke. The journalist is now conquering Kanał Zero, founded by Krzysztof Stanowski.
Arleta Bojke’s program on Channel Zero
Arleta Bojke left TVP in April this year after 20 years of cooperation. The journalist worked in the foreign editorial office of TVP Info, and previously was a correspondent in Moscow and a reporter for TVP1’s “Wiadomości”. After saying goodbye to the public broadcaster, she joined Channel Zero, where became the host of the program “Świat od zera”. The YouTube description says that “it’s a show where instead of competing to provide information out of context, we paint the full picture of the information.”
Its format is released every Sunday and 13 episodes have been published so far. According to “Wirtualne media”, each episode gathered an average of 133 thousand views. The most popular videos are: “Israel vs Iran, what about Ukraine after the US elections, murder of a Pole in Sweden” (267 thousand views) and “61 billion for Ukraine, flood in Dubai, Israel responds to Iran” (163 thousand). The latter materials have so far gathered between 70 thousand and 136 thousand views.
Interestingly, the second international format on Channel Zero also performs well. It is Maria Wiernikowska’s reports from the series “I saw it”. In recent years, the journalist has prepared reportage materials for TVP and collaborated with Radio ZET, BBC and Polish Radio, among others. In May this year, she was accused in social media of repeating Russian propaganda. On Krzysztof Stanowski’s channel, she has published five recordings so far (four about the war between Israel and Hamas and one from the Polish-Belarusian border). Her videos have an average of 200,000 views, although they appear irregularly.
