Forget about Zakopane. This idyllic village will be good for a long weekend

A long weekend in Poland does not have to mean crowds. In these villages and towns, walks in the mountains and rest on the beach will be a pleasure.
The besieged resorts in the mountains and the seaside are the first selection of tourists who want to escape from the hustle and bustle on a long weekend. A trip to Karpacz and Zakopane does not necessarily mean silence and rest. It is not a surprise that the crowds in Krupówki will also appear in Corpus Christi and the extended long weekend following this holiday.
Calm places in the Tatra Mountains
That is why the expert of the Nocowanie.pl website advises to look for smaller and calmer towns in the vicinity of Zakopane – among them are idyllic villages like Czarna Góra, Rzepiska and Murzasichle.
“They are close to the Tatra Mountains, have a local atmosphere, and at the same time avoid traffic jams and queues. It is also worth considering mowers, jurgs or Bukowina Tatrzańska – still mountain and picturesque, but calmly,” says Karol Wiak.
Beautiful views in Murzasichle are guaranteed – we will see not only Giewont, also grenades, Zawrat and Świnica. The village has an extensive accommodation and gastronomic base, and in the area we will find several entrances to the Tatra National Park.
Rapes have a friendly atmosphere and amateurs of peace, uncontaminated and wild nature, hiking and bicycle trips will appeal to. The village residents are still running sheep. Closer than from Zakopane will from there to Białka Tatrzańska and Term Bania – a water park with indoor and external thermal pools. You can also get to the castle in Niedzica in half an hour.
An alternative to another besieged city, Karpacz can be the Kłodzko Valley – Międzygórze, spa Polanica-Zdrój or Radków. There will be attractions for children and adults in these places.
Not only Gdańsk and Kołobrzeg. By the sea without crowds
Where to go to the sea so that there are no crowds? The Vistula Spit will be a good choice instead of Kołobrzeg or Gdańsk.
“Krynica Morska, Fisheries Kąty or Sztutowo are intimate and have their charm, especially out of season,” encourages Karol Wiak.
In the western part of the spit we can go to such places as Junoszyno, Jantar and Mikoszewo. The beaches here are famous for its numerous amber.
