A holiday on the Baltic Sea is associated with relaxation and summer holidays. Experts revealed where the cheapest prices should be during the peak season.

Is it possible to spend time at the Polish seaside without spending a fortune? According to some, this has long been impossible. Every year we hear that it is sometimes cheaper to organize a family stay in a foreign resort than in Tricity, Świnoujście or Władysławowo. Experts from Nocowanie.pl and other platforms assure that there are places on the Baltic Sea where you can relax without excessively reducing your budget.

Cheap places by the sea in Poland

Journalists from the website touristykawp.pl managed to find important information. For example, a conversation with Katarzyna Włodarczyk from Nocowanie.pl, a well-known booking portal, shows that currently already PLN 45-50 we can find accommodation in places such as: Grzybowo or Sarbinowo. Both are less popular, they provide a quiet holiday surrounded by nature.

The expert assured that they would be a slightly more expensive choice Ustka or Niechorze. There, accommodation per person costs between PLN 50 and PLN 60 per day. Moreover, the portal’s data shows that in most popular resorts prices are in the range of PLN 60-80 per person per night, e.g. WładysławowieJastrzębia Góra or Kołobrzeg.

In turn, data from the otonoclegi.pl website show that we will not pay much in Sianożęty and Darłówko. A stay in a double room costs from PLN 120 to PLN 140, i.e. approximately PLN 60 per person.

Another expert is Eugeniusz Triasun from Travelist.pl. he noted that the market was stabilizing and assured that average rates on the Baltic Sea increased by only 1% year on year. According to Travelist.pl data Gdynia, Trzęsacz, Łazy and Mielno are the cheapest. An interesting alternative would be places far from the sea, from which you can easily get to the beach, e.g. Rumia or Wejherowo.

It will be more expensive here on the Baltic Sea

Tourists booking accommodation may also find expensive options. These appear most often in large, popular resorts and larger cities such as Sopot or Świnoujście. An expert from Nocowanie.pl notes that prices reach up to PLN 300 per night for a couple, but there are also facilities where you can spend between PLN 60 and 80 per person.

According to otonoclegi.pl, the highest average rates, at PLN 180-200 per room, can be seen in Ustronie Morskie, Rowy, Niechorze, Ustka and Pobierowo.

According to experts, if we are planning a summer stay at the seaside in 2026, we should think about making a reservation now. The sooner we think about accommodation, the more price choices we will have. A key way to save money will be to choose small villages and towns near large and popular ones.
