Forecasters published the weather forecast for the next few days. It shows that we can expect warming again in the near future. There will also be storms.
The Institute of Meteorology and Water Management (IMGW) presented what awaits us in terms of weather in the coming week. In many places, thermometers may again indicate over 30 degrees Celsius.

Agnieszka Prasek, weather forecaster and spokeswoman for IMWM, announced in the latest announcement that on July 5 “Cold polar-sea air will flow into Poland from the north-west and it will be much cooler than the air masses that brought the heat waves”.
– Sunday will bring another change in the weather, because a low pressure system together with an atmospheric front will move through Poland. There will be scattered rain and sometimes thunderstorms in many regions. The greatest likelihood of their development concerns the eastern half of the country. In most areas, the temperature will range from 19 to 23 degrees Celsius, the weather forecaster reported.
As she added, it was last weekend “a transition period between very dynamic weather and the gradual return of summer”.
– The temperature will slowly start to rise from the beginning of next week. Warmer air from the south and southwest will begin to flow over Central Europe again. This will be felt first by the inhabitants of the western regions of Poland, then the warming will cover the entire country, Prasek said.
On Monday, July 6, rainfall and storms will appear in the south of the country, thermometers will indicate a maximum of 18 degrees C over the sea and foothill areas, and about 20 degrees C in most of the country, up to 24 degrees C in the eastern parts. Similar weather is expected to continue on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, an increase in temperature will be felt throughout Poland. It will be sunny, especially in the north-western half of the country.

The forecaster reported that “During the next weekend, the temperature will again rise above 25 degrees Celsius and will also approach 30 degrees Celsius”. However, it is possible that it will be much warmer. However, it is difficult to determine now whether the temperature will be as high as last weekend.
