Father taught the son of parking. They were drunk, caused a collision
The court decided on a parking bump. The collision took place in Słupsk – there were two drunk men in a passenger car.
Onet reports that on Sunday in the afternoon two men-a 26-year-old and 53-year-old-rode one of the parking lots in Słupsk. At some point there was a collision. Local officers learned about the case.
It was the younger person who was to enter a vehicle belonging to a third party who was parked there. After all, however, the 26-year-old swapped places with an older passenger. “At that time, the 53-year-old wanted to show his son how to properly perform a maneuver,” writes the editors of the portal, which gave new information on the case on Tuesday.

When the services arrived, men were examined with breathalyzer. In the exhaled air they were to have 1.8 per mille-in the case of a 26-year-old and 2 per mil-in the case of a 53-year-old. It turned out that the ride in the parking lot was arranged by the father and son – the latter did not have the right to drive vehicles.
Suspects were arrested. Police officers received a driving license for an older men. They also secured a passenger car and placed in the parking lot.
Just a day later, father and son found themselves in the courtroom. The court decided to punish – as part of the accelerated procedure. Their guilt was found.

The 26-year-old and 53-year-old had to come to terms with strict consequences. Onet reports that the first of them is to pay seven and a half thousand zlotys a fine. In addition, he got a five -year driving ban. And will transfer five thousand to the purposes of the victim and post -trade assistance. The second men must pay a fine of four and a half thousand zlotys. He has a three -year driving ban. He will also have to pay five thousand zlotys to the same state institution, subordinate to the Ministry of Justice as his son.
That’s not all. A vehicle whose value was estimated at 10,000 PLN, he was lost to the Treasury (in other words – he was confiscated – editor’s note).
