For many people, winter holidays are a time for joint family trips. Some people go to the mountains to ski or snowboard on soft snow. Others prefer to fly to warm countries. There is also a group of people who like to visit European cities, regardless of the seasons.
One of the good destinations for a city break is Paris – the capital of love, but also a city where we can spend time with our loved ones and provide attractions for the youngest.
Paris for winter break? Wizz Air tempts with low prices
Airlines always manage to surprise us with offers at really good prices. This is the case with Wizz Air. The pink carrier offers everyone interested a city break flight from Warsaw Chopin Airport to the Paris-Orly port. By choosing the right range of dates, we can cheaply organize a family trip to a fairy-tale land.
We start from Warsaw on February 4 at 10:45. Price with hand luggage? PLN 159 per person. The return flight to Warsaw is scheduled for February 6 at 2:00 p.m. For a ticket containing only hand luggage we will pay PLN 209.
The price per passenger in both directions is PLN 368. Total cost of travel for a family of four – two adults and two children – will amount to PLN 1,472.
It is worth remembering that you do not have to pay extra for a seat to sit next to your child. When checking in, an adult and a child will automatically be assigned seats next to each other.
Disneyland in one day. This application will come in handy
On the given date, children from the Lower Silesian, Masovian, Opole and West Pomeranian voivodeships will be on holiday (from February 3 to 16). This offer is perfect for spending time in one of the most famous amusement parks in Europe – Disneyland.
Since the attraction itself is located in Marne-la-Vallée near Paris, it is worth booking accommodation there.
Be sure to spend a whole day visiting Disneyland. If you decide to visit two parks (there is also Walt Disney Studios Park) – it is better to book two days. It is worth being at the main gate on time at the opening hour, because there is no shortage of carousels and rollercoasters there. The park’s website does not yet list the hours for February 2025, but we can expect it to be 9:00 or 9:30.
It is also worth remembering to install the Disneyland Paris application. Using it will make it much easier to plan an eventful day. In addition to the map, there is constantly updated information about waiting times. This is a great option for those who don’t like standing in lines.
Entrance prices in winter are also lower. On February 4-6, a ticket for an adult (from 12 years of age) costs 56 euros. A ticket for a child (3-11 years old) costs EUR 52.
For example – one week late ticket prices increase to 79 euros per adult. On some weekends they go up to 99 euros.
