Who reads reviews more often and who is less often?

  • Sex: Women and men check their opinions to a similar extent (68.9 percent and 68.04 percent). However, more men do this “often” (43.8 percent), while more women choose the “always” option (29.7 percent).

  • Age: Younger generations (18-24 years) usually “always” analyze reviews (32.9 percent). People over 75 read them the least (16.7 percent).

  • Income: The least earning (below PLN 1,000) are more often based on online opinions (37.1 percent read them “always”), while people earning PLN 3,000-4999 do it the least (26.9 percent).

  • Education: People with primary/gymnasium education are more likely to suggest reviews (37 percent “always” reads opinions), while people with secondary education are more likely to check them occasionally (42.5 percent).
