New capabilities combine verified business information with AI agents to fully automate the onboarding and verification process while maintaining the highest standards of due diligence.

Warsaw – July 1, 2026 – Dun & Bradstreet is expanding its solutions with agent AI operating in compliance processes. This will allow companies at all levels of technological advancement and artificial intelligence implementation to shorten the processing time of risk management tasks by 70 to 90 percent. The solutions are available on the D&B Risk Analytics platform and via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. Access allows companies to connect verified D&B data with artificial intelligence agents. Thus, it is possible to shorten the company verification time and accelerate onboarding processes while maintaining the highest standards of due diligence.

“Increasing regulatory pressure and the dynamics of economic crime are pushing compliance teams to the breaking point,” says Alex Zuck, General Manager Risk at Dun & Bradstreet. “The typical approach of increasing spending on new software, data and services is proving to be insufficient, especially when recruiting and retaining the high-quality specialists needed to counter these threats has never been more difficult. Artificial intelligence, in recent years, has been presented as a universal and simple solution. Despite this, companies have had and continue to have great difficulties in managing and implementing the large data sets necessary to power it. Today, this is changing.”

Built over decades, based on the knowledge and experience of experts. Powered by data, software and models, the D&B Risk Analytics platform helps companies continuously monitor KYC/KYB compliance and make faster decisions thanks to verified business data from D&B Commercial Graph.

Currently, thanks to built-in artificial intelligence and integration with MCP, the platform goes beyond basic risk analysis, allowing companies to perform agent-based activities in the onboarding, verification and monitoring processes while maintaining the highest standards of due diligence.

“The traditional KYB onboarding process on average takes several days, sometimes even weeks. Even such basic tasks as determining the actual beneficiary of the verified company require searching registers, verifying documents and manually reconstructing the ownership structure,” says Alex Zuck. “Thanks to Dun & Bradstreet’s new solutions, this entire process – and more – can now be completed in just a few seconds, and the query result sent directly to the client and his onboarding platform. All this without active human intervention.”

By directly embedding AI solutions into verification and risk management processes, compliance teams can move from time-consuming manual work to more sustainable, efficient and consistent work, while maintaining legal compliance, policies, transparency and control in an increasingly complex global trade environment.

Routine activities – such as identifying entities, assessing risk or verifying emerging alarm signals – can be fully automated, allowing members of the compliance team to focus on the most important tasks.

Preliminary results from the study indicate significant improvement in operational efficiency, including:

  • up to a twenty-fold increase in verification capabilities,

  • reduction of information processing time from 70 to 96 percent

  • reduction of the number of false alarm signals from 50 to 90 percent

  • up to 700 percent faster verification of emerging warning signals.

New solutions help compliance teams apply consistent standards in the verification process and focus on areas with the highest risk. At the same time, they lower the entry threshold for all companies that previously did not have sufficient resources to effectively conduct a compliance policy.

“Limited resources often do not allow small and medium-sized companies to fully engage in compliance issues,” says Patrick Reymann, research director for purchasing and agent applications at IDC. “Automation of risk identification processes is a huge opportunity to increase the availability of compliance tools, especially for the smallest entities. In the near future, this solution will meet with great interest from these smaller companies.”

On the other hand, Alex Zuck emphasizes the fact of co-creating new solutions based on artificial intelligence with clients. He states simply: “We listened and worked with clients of all sizes and at various operational levels to develop the optimal solution to answer the key question and understanding: who do I really do business with?”

New solutions are available in the D&B Risk Analytics platform in the area of compliance intelligence and supplier intelligence and through the integration of MCP in the Claude model from Anthropic. Further integrations with leading AI platforms are planned, including Microsoft Copilot and the Google ecosystem.
