Drone attacks in the Persian Gulf countries

This is the third such incident at Dubai airport, one of the world’s busiest international hubs, since Iran launched attacks on Gulf states on February 28. Reuters reports that during this time, Arab countries in the Gulf became the target of over 2,000 missile and drone attacks, targeting not only American diplomatic missions and military bases. Key oil infrastructure, as well as homes and offices, were also targeted.

On March 11, two drones fell near Dubai International Airport. The AFP news agency reported that four people were injured in the attack. The attack a few days ago did not cause any disruptions to air traffic.
