Donald Trump sent a letter “to all NATO nations and to the world.” It’s about sanctions
President Donald Trump repeated his proposal regarding the imposition of sanctions on Russia. In an open letter he associated this decision with one specific condition.
On his own social platform, Truth Social, US President Donald Trump posted the content of a letter, which addressed “to all NATO nations and the world.” He announced his readiness to impose sanctions on Russia.
Donald Trump writes a letter to NATO countries
“I am ready to impose serious sanctions on Russia when all NATO countries agree and begin to do the same, and when all NATO countries stop buying oil from Russia,” Trump emphasized, writing this particular fragment in capital letters.
“As you know, NATO’s involvement in victory was much less than 100 percent, and the purchases of Russian oil were shocking by some!
Trump writes to NATO. He writes about duties on China
“In any case, I am ready to” move “when you are ready. Just say when? I believe that this, as well as the imposition of NATO as a group, from 50- to 100 % duties on China, which will be completely withdrawn after the end of the war of Russia and Ukraine, will also be a great help in the end of this deadly but ridiculous war,” he continued.
“China has strong control and even a grip for Russia, and these powerful duties will break this hug. This is not Trump’s war (it would never start if I were president!). It’s the war of Biden and Zelanski,” Trump thundered, once again repeating Russian propaganda and taking responsibility from Vladimir Putin.
“I am here only to help her stop and save thousands of Russian and Ukrainian lives (only last week 7118 people were killed. Madness!)” – he noted. “If NATO does, as I say, the war will end quickly, and all these life will be saved! If not, you just waste my time, as well as the time, energy and money of the United States. Thank you for your attention in this matter!” Trump finished his message.
It is worth recalling that the only NATO countries that still buy oil from Russia are Hungary, Türkiye and Slovakia. Therefore, it is hard not to notice that further sanctions for Russia become addicted to Viktor Orban, favorable to Putin, who had already blocked anti -Russian initiatives in the European Union.
