DOKI – a unique place in the center of Gdańsk
DOKI is being built on the premises of the former shipyard, right next to the waters of the Martwa Wisła, in the dynamically developing and centrally located Młode Miasto district. This unique mixed-use project combines the industrial character of the place – visible in the architecture and details – with a high standard of modern housing construction and a catering and service function.
DOKI offers comfortable living in the very center of Gdańsk, in inspiring surroundings and unique scenery. Functional flats and apartments of various sizes are available for sale, some of which are already ready for collection. The investment is being carried out by Euro Styl, part of the Dom Development Group.
A modern district by the water
– The area of the Young Town, located on the Martwa Wisła River, is undergoing a dynamic metamorphosis and is taking on a modern shape. In this unique environment, at the intersection of Fr. Jerzy Popiełuszko and Rybaki Górne, we are implementing DOKI – a multifunctional investment with comfortable apartments and flats. This is an offer both for people looking for a unique place to live in the center of Gdańsk, as well as for investors or customers interested in owning a second home in the Tricity – says Anna Tuszyńska, Sales Director at Euro Styl.
Varied offer of apartments
-
areas from 25 to over 120 m²,
-

Comfort of living in the city center
DOKI fits perfectly into the idea of a 15-minute city. The historic Montownia building, which is an integral part of the investment, houses the largest food hall in northern Poland, offering cuisines from around the world and a rich program of events, including concerts and thematic meetings.
The upper floors of the building with a gallery layout, which can be clearly seen through the glass ceiling, are the hotel part with exceptionally spacious lofts. There is also a conference area. Service and commercial premises are also located on the ground floors of residential buildings – ultimately, there will be over 100 of them in the entire estate. They perfectly diversify and complement the offer, improving the quality of life of residents.
You can walk to the nearby shopping mall, but also to the Old Town with a wealth of attractive places. In turn, the Gdańsk Główny station, located only 800 meters away, provides quick access by city and regional rail to other parts of the Tricity and the surrounding area.
Architecture and space
DOKÓW buildings have six to nine storeys, underground garages and ground floors with service, commercial and catering premises. On the first floor, internal green patios were designed – recreational spaces available only to residents, with private gardens. The facades are finished with noble materials referring to the brick buildings of the former shipyard.
The character of the investment is also emphasized by details – entries to the garages stylized as sea containers and glazing with divisions inspired by the windows of industrial halls. It is complemented by green trusses and a footbridge designed in the first stage connecting the green patios of the buildings and diversifying the architecture of the estate.
The interiors of the buildings are arranged in various styles, and each of them is distinguished by an elegant, comfortable lobby. Bright, spacious corridors and large glazing provide natural light and attractive views. In the first stage, the main theme of the interior design was the historical shipyard heritage surrounding the entire investment. In the next one, the common areas deliberately contrast with the industrial style.
We have an elegant, classic finish in off-white, black and gold colors, complemented by a strong accent in the form of colorful large-format tiles placed on the floors and parts of the walls. In the last stage, with higher standard apartments, color elements distinguishing individual blocks were used in the entrance areas on the ground floors. Their colors refer to the painted steel structures and equipment located in the shipyard.
Turnkey finishing with Euro Style
Euro Styl also offers a turnkey apartment finishing program, thanks to which new owners can quickly move into their new “M” and enjoy life in one of the most attractive locations in the center of Gdańsk.
