The facades are finished with noble materials referring to the brick buildings of the former shipyard.

The character of the investment is also emphasized by details – entries to the garages stylized as sea containers and glazing with divisions inspired by the windows of industrial halls. It is complemented by green trusses and a footbridge designed in the first stage connecting the green patios of the buildings and diversifying the architecture of the estate.

The interiors of the buildings are arranged in various styles, and each of them is distinguished by an elegant, comfortable lobby. In the first stage, the main theme of the interior design was the historical shipyard heritage surrounding the entire investment.
