Warsaw, Krakow and Łódź at the forefront. Check in which cities the developers offered the most apartments, and where the choice was the smallest.

Do you want to buy a flat? Experts from Big Data Rynekpierwotny.pl counted how many apartments were available in developer offers in February. The data was included in the report “Apartments for a credit pocket for a single, couple and family with a child.”

– On the one hand, the offer of new apartments has grown to record sizes in the largest metropolises (e.g. such as Warsaw, Kraków, Łódź, Wrocław, Poznań, Gdańsk or Katowice). On the other hand, there are also cities (e.g. Opole, Gorzów Wielkopolski or Zielona Góra), in which the investment activity of development companies still leaves much to be desired – note analysts from Big Data RynekPierwotny.pl.

Where is the most apartments offered by developers?

Warsaw, Kraków and Łódź are lut leaders. According to the Big Data RynekPierwotny.pl analysis, it was in these three cities that the number of apartments available in development offers was the largest. In February, as many as 16,162 new apartments were available in the capital. In Krakow, the choice was also large – 10,513 premises. Łódź 10 132 apartments had an equally rich offer.

Where is the least apartments offered by developers?

Opole, Gorzów Wielkopolski and Zielona Góra are cities with the least number of offers. The quoted report shows that in February, developers offered only 165 apartments in Opole. There were a little more in Gorzów Wielkopolski – 323 and in Zielona Góra – 340.

– Low credit availability of apartments is certainly one of the reasons for the escape of young people to larger cities, where it is easier to get a job, which allows you to buy your own M. in some smaller cities to choose from a cheaper secondary market, but the premises on it are in very different states – comments Marek Wielgo, an expert of the Rynekpierwotny.pl portal.
