Do you order food? The robot can soon provide it

Pyszne.pl enters a new era of deliveries, testing bionic vans. Technological innovation was presented during the European Economic Congress
According to the portal dlahandlu.pl, during the European Economic Congress in Katowice the company presented a Lite3 robot – a four -legged dog -like machine, carrying a Pyszne.pl backpack on the back. Lite3 is a solution developed by Deeprobotics, distributed in Poland by S4Tech. A bionic robot inspired by anatomy of mammals can move on the stairs, curbs and uneven terrain – that is where the classic van could have difficulty reaching.
– Innovation in deliveries is one of our main development directions. We are constantly establishing new cooperation, including with other partners from outside the “native” restaurant segment. This list is constantly extended, we wipe new business paths. We are also looking for solutions that will support us in moments of the greatest occupancy or lack of available hands to work. At such moments, we see the potential of technology, such as Lite3 robots – allowing to relieve couriers and fulfill the orders for which our clients are waiting for – says, quoted by the portal dlahandlu.pl, Arkadiusz Krupicz, co -founder and managing director of Pyszne.pl.
– It is worth emphasizing, however, that in our industry robots will never replace people, and will only become a complement to our logistics chain – he adds.
Pyszne.pl – Deliveries with drones and vans
Walking robots are only one of the innovations tested by Pyszne.pl. Last year, the company carried out pilot deliveries with drones at the Zegrze reservoir, enabling customers to collect meals at special points or delivery by a courier receiving the order from the drone. Earlier, a semi -automatic van was presented, which worked in cities, especially during rush hour. The next step is Lite3, a robot designed to work in closed spaces, and its “relatives”, like Lynx, also manage in difficult weather conditions, providing all -year delivery.
– Lite3 is an innovative model of a walking robot, which can carry loads up to 7 kg, which makes it a great tool for the implementation of the last mile, including transport of individual orders – comments, quoted by the portal forhandlu.pl, Jacek Kłonica from S4Tech.
– Moving robots such as Lite3 are already used in many industries, including in logistics and storage, army and safety, education, and even in emergency services. This shows the huge potential of this technology, not only in current applications, but also in the context of future research on robotics, including the development of advanced humanoid models – he points out.
Pyszne.pl application
Pyszne.pl not only tests robots, but also develops its application, which has been better adapting to user preferences from the beginning of 2025 thanks to artificial intelligence. It also allows you to place orders in other European countries from one platform. – Robots are just an example of the future of deliveries, which becomes a reality, responding to the expectations of consumers – says Arkadiusz Krupicz. The company proves that technological innovations are unlimited and will soon become an integral part of everyday life.
