Cybersec Expo & Forum 2025: The largest cyber security fair in Central and Eastern Europe

On June 11-12, 2025, Tauron Arena Kraków will become the center of the European discussion about cyber security by hosting the jubilee, the 20th edition of Cybersec Expo & Forum.

The event, taking place under the auspices of the Polish Presidency in the Council of the European Union, will gather over 2,000 participants as well as 100 exhibitors and partners, creating a unique platform to exchange knowledge, establish business contacts and present the latest solutions in the field of cyber security.

Cybersec 2025: response to growing cyber threats

In the face of a dynamically changing landscape of digital threats, Cybersec Expo & Forum 2025 is positioned as a place where companies and organizations can find services and products necessary to secure their activities. The mission of the conference is not only the presentation of technology, but also building awareness and competences in the field of cyber resistance. The statistics are alarming: 43% of cyber attacks are aimed at small companies, of which only 14% is able to defend itself, and the average time of detecting data leakage is 197 days, plus another 69 days to stop it. Cybersec 2025 directly addresses these challenges, offering participants access to knowledge and tools to effectively protect digital resources.

Main topics and thematic paths: shaping a safe digital future

The Cybersec 2025 conference announces an intensive program that will shed light on key challenges and innovations in cybersecurity. Participants will have the opportunity to listen to leading experts and take part in discussions on topics shaping digital reality.

The most important sessions will include in -depth analyzes regarding the implementation of EU regulations, where he will speak, among others Christiane Kirketerp de Viron from the European Commission. Experts such as dr hab. Eng. Agnieszka Gryszczyńska and Adam Cieślak, commander of the Central Office for Cybercrime. In turn, Matthias Muhlert, Ambassador Ciso Ecso on Germany, will be a key figure in the debate about building trust in AI.

A novelty in the program will be open discussions about the role of Ciso in a modern company, analyzing whether it is a “Renaissance man” combining technology, management, business and law. A critical topic of critical infrastructure protection by security operations centers (SOC) will also be raised.

There will be practical presentations: Krzysztof Zieliński and (Ciso in Euro-Net) and Agata Ślusarek will present the topic “Deepfake in action!”, And the world-famous expert Paul Januszkiewicz (CEO Cqure) will discuss “new threats from the hacker perspective”. Michał Sajdak (Sekurak.pl) will present the latest cyber attacks with live demonstrations. In addition, the issues of digital identity in business and supporting European cybersecurity startups will be discussed.

The Krakow conference is a concentration of knowledge and experience of leading Polish and international specialists. The event will provide participants with both strategic observations and specific tools to strengthen cyber resistance. The Expo Zone will be a place where innovation is met with practical application, and suppliers will be able to demonstrate the operation of their products in specially prepared positions and during practical presentations on dedicated scenes.

Accompanying events: in -depth knowledge and networking

Cybersec Expo & Forum 2025 offers, in addition to lectures and fairs, a rich program of accompanying events, enabling deepening knowledge and networking.

As part of the event, specialized sessions for IT administrators (admin Days) will take place, including network security issues, Deepfake, the premiere of the network management report and analysis of new threats, as well as workshops on the protection of Active Directory and security anti -security. There is also workshops on diagnostics as a safety basis in industry (OT/ICS).

The next point will be specialized workshops discussing practical challenges and requirements of the Cyber ​​Resilience Act (CRA), addressed to Devsecops teams, audit and product management. An exclusive meeting of cybersecurity leaders from the largest Polish organizations (Ciso #poland Meeting) is also planned, during which legislative challenges (NR2, Dora, CRA), development of artificial intelligence and post -quantic cryptography will be discussed.

Dedicated workshops and high -level meetings focus on current regulatory and technological changes. Their goal is to support the organization in preparation for upcoming challenges, as well as the presentation of the latest research and analyzes in the area of ​​cyber security.

Cybersec is not only substantive panels, presentations and workshops, but also a space for building real business relationships. One of the most important points of the networking program will be Cybersecurity Business Mixer, which will take place on June 10, 2025 at Tauron Arena Kraków. The meeting is dedicated to the leaders of the cyber security industry, administration representatives and investors. It is an ideal opportunity to establish new relationships in an informal atmosphere, exchange experiences and find partners for future projects in the area of ​​cyber security.

This year, the organizers will provide participants with a dedicated matchmaking tool, which will allow prior planning of meetings and optimization of time spent on the event.
