In the statement, Komfort emphasizes that thanks to the cybersecurity measures used and rapid activities, it was possible to effectively protect the database containing customer personal data. – We confirm that there was no mass violation of data storage systems – he was noted.

– We conduct a detailed analysis, but at the moment we assess that there is only a small risk of unauthorized access to some internal files containing personal data. In the interests of the highest security standards, restoring the full functionality of our services (website, shops, order systems) is gradually carried out, while maintaining the utmost care and security procedures – informs the comfort network.

As stated, the incident concerned only the internal part of the infrastructure, including selected operational files.
