Our hotel is more than a standard holiday facility. We have created a unique place that combines luxury, peace and proximity to nature. We offer apartments in the Condo model, which means that our guests can not only enjoy their stay, but also to become the owners of apartments and derive passive income from them. Our business model from the beginning assumes fair and transparent terms of settlement with investors. In addition, our location is a real advantage – we are surrounded by Natura 2000 areas, among fields, forests and meadows, without neighbors, which guarantees peace and quiet.

Where did the idea for the development of the Condo apartments come from and why is it worth investing in it?

We see the growing interest in alternative forms of investment, and real estate in the Condo model is becoming more and more popular. Our apartments allow owners to generate regular rental revenues, and at the same time provide them with access to a luxurious place for rest. It is an ideal solution for people who value financial independence and the ability to place capital in an attractive location. It is also worth emphasizing that our apartments are distinguished by a high standard of finish and a thoughtful design in harmony with nature and the rhythm of the place where we are, which makes them even more attractive.

Your hotel is also recommended as an ideal place for work. What makes it so special in this area?

The combination of comfort and nature is the key to success. Contemporary operating mode is changing – more and more people work remotely and are looking for places that offer both peace and appropriate infrastructure. Our hotel is an ideal place for work: we provide fast internet, dedicated spaces for work and a unique atmosphere, conducive to focus and creativity. The ability to work surrounded by forests and meadows, and at the same time the use of amenities of a luxury hotel is a connection that is difficult to look for elsewhere.

In addition to the accommodation and investment offer, there is a lot of talk about your kitchen and wine selection. What can you say about it?

One of our priorities was to create a kitchen at the highest level. Our Bosqa restaurant is based on fresh, local products and original recipes that delight even the most demanding guests. Wine plays a key role in our kitchen – not only as an excellent addition to dishes, but also as a spice that emphasizes the flavors and aromas of served dishes. We believe that properly selected wine is an absolute complement to every meal.

In addition, our selection of wines is unique – we work with the best vineyards and we are constantly expanding our offer. What’s more, we start to the prestigious Wine Spectator competition, which is a great distinction for us. Our staff are passionate about winemaking – we constantly train our employees, organize tastings and cooperate with experts to offer our guests not only the best wines, but also a unique culinary experience.

What are the hotel development plans for the coming years?

We want to remain an intimate, boutique hotel. We believe that today’s guests are not looking for molochs with thousands of rooms, but pampered, luxurious places that guarantee peace, privacy and high quality of services. That is why we do not plan mass expansion, but we focus on improving what we have already created.

With our guests in mind, we are developing the SPA zone, which is the only one in the whole of the Opole region – we want it to become an even more unique place of relaxation and regeneration. In addition, we are creating a new conference space for about 100 people to be able to organize business meetings, trainings or workshops in a unique environment.

We are also a great place for lovers of active recreation. Our location favors outdoor sports – nearby there are numerous bicycle routes, walking paths, ski routes, we are located in the immediate vicinity with Biskupia Kopa, which is part of the Crown of the Polish Mountains, which makes us the perfect choice both in summer and winter.

Ecology is becoming an increasingly important element of hotel activities. What steps do you take in this area?

Ecology is a key aspect for us. We focus on the strategy of sustainable development – in our hotel we use solar panels, use water pendants, heat pumps, try to minimize mine fuels and use only biodegradal cosmetics and non -tested animals. We have also introduced a garbage segregation system and we work with local suppliers to minimize the carbon trace. We want our guests to enjoy luxury in full harmony with the environment.

We know that your hotel is also animal -friendly. What amenities do you offer for four -legged guests? We cordially invite guests with your pets. What’s more, we allocate funds obtained from dog stays to support local shelters and foundations to help animals. Our guests can enjoy staying with their quadrupeds – dogs are welcome in a restaurant, they can spend Christmas with us, as well as use designated walking routes and recreational areas. We create a place where everyone – both man and his pet – feel comfortable.
