Clouds like from Dali’s paintings. This was the case in Poland and abroad

Chmury

Witnessing extraordinary aerial phenomena is true happiness. They recently had them, among others: tourists from Poland and Bulgaria. Stunning photos of clouds have appeared on the Internet.

The creators of the Facebook group “Lubuscy Łowcy Burz” boasted about the magical images. This is where the photographs by Mrs. Agnieszka Bomba and Meteo Bułgaria were found. You may have the impression that the sky was painted by at least Salvador Dalí. For a moment it was surreal and colorful.

Unusual clouds over Poland

“An interesting shape of clouds captured today in Stronie Śląskie in Lower Silesia” – this is how the phenomenon observed in Poland was presented. Something appeared in the sky in the form of a delicate ruffle or protective layer. You may have the impression that sky waves have formed and are moving over the city. It was probably a variety of undulautus.

Internet users did not hide their delight at the sight of unusual shapes. There were over a thousand reactions under the photos from Stronie. Some people also added their shots from other locations in the comments section. There were, among others: clouds from Wrocław or Łódź. “It looks as if very cooled air flowed over the moist ground,” it was written, “Beautiful, as if a picture was painted with a brush,” it was further added.

Magical in Bulgaria too

Even more spectacular views could be seen in Bulgaria. There, altocumulus lenticularis clouds appeared, whose shape may resemble, among others, spaceships. They look like spinning vehicles or paranormal phenomena. It is known that this type of clouds is called lenticular and is not easy to encounter. It occurs when air with stable humidity flows over the mountains, on the leeward side – then sometimes large standing waves of air masses are formed.

Internet users did not hide their delight. “A miracle of nature”, “Amazing”, “What a cool UFO” – these are just a few of the over a hundred comments we have the opportunity to read under the Facebook post. There were also memories that similar clouds had already been seen, among others, in Corsica or Tenerife. Have you had the opportunity to encounter something like this?
