Invention workshops, quizzes and fun with innovations. Patent attorneys invite families to the Night of Museums 2026.

How to develop children’s creativity and at the same time teach them the value of their own ideas? According to patent attorneys, it is worth starting education in this field from an early age. That is why the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys has prepared a special event as part of this year’s Night of Museums 2026.

At the Warsaw headquarters of the Chamber, instead of traditional lectures, participants will be treated to interactive attractions, creative workshops and games related to innovation and intellectual property protection. The organizers want to interest both children and their parents.

Workshops for young inventors

The youngest participants will be able to take part in invention workshops combined with building and constructing. The whole thing is to take place in the form of a magical story, the main character of which will be a patent attorney protecting innovative ideas.

The aim of the event is not only to develop creativity, but also to build awareness of the protection of ideas, names, brands and works. The organizers emphasize that the ability to secure one’s own solutions is of great importance in business today and can be an important element of competitive advantage.

– We want to actively participate in events that build awareness of the importance of intellectual property among the local community. The Night of Museums in the Warsaw office is a great opportunity to once again show that patent attorneys are partners of creators, entrepreneurs and innovators at every stage of idea development – emphasizes Urszula Nowak, patent attorney, Dean of the Masovian District of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.

Parents will also find something for themselves

The program was also prepared for adults. Quizzes, talks and activities are planned for parents, showing how innovations are created and why intellectual property protection is important for entrepreneurs and creators.

There will also be an opportunity to ask questions about the protection of trademarks, ideas and business activities. The organizers count primarily on a relaxed atmosphere and education through fun.

“We want to develop awareness of protection.”

Anna Kawalec, patent attorney and chairwoman of the Profession Promotion Committee of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys, emphasizes that the aim of the initiative is to develop both creativity and awareness of intellectual property protection.

As he points out, thanks to this, young inventors and future entrepreneurs will be able to operate more confidently on the international market in the future and protect their ideas more effectively.

Dagmara Miler, vice-chairman of the PIRP Profession Promotion Committee, also presents a similar position. In her opinion, young people should learn from an early age the importance of intellectual property protection and its impact on business development.

Free event in Warsaw

Night of Museums 2026 organized by the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys will take place in Warsaw at 59 Żelazna Street. Participation in the event is free of charge.

The organizers emphasize that the event is intended to show the role of patent attorneys in the development of an innovative economy and to build awareness of the importance of intellectual property among the local community.
