Cheap apartments from PKP. There are 700 vacant premises throughout Poland
“Apartment prices are really competitive. The cheapest apartments can be purchased for PLN 17,000. This is an approximate price for those interested in buying a 23-meter apartment in Masuria,” the railway company boasts.
The list of PKP offers includes premises in Katowice, Opole and Wrocław, but there are also opportunities in towns such as Racibórz, Mrągowo, Bartoszyce, Dobra and Braniewo.
Such an opportunity does not come along often: a two-room apartment at Stanisława Małachowskiego Street in Wrocław with an area of 79 m2 was put up for sale for only PLN 320,000. zloty.
PKP has apartments throughout Poland
PKP’s assets include not only track and station infrastructure, but also tenement houses, farm buildings and investment plots. Objects that are no longer necessary to conduct current transport activitiesare successively put up for sale by the company, which allows for optimization of the costs of maintaining unnecessary infrastructure.
The premises on offer are very diverse. For a fraction of the amount needed for a studio apartment in Warsaw, you can buy your own apartment in a smaller town. Apartments at better addresses in cities cost more, but they can still surprise you pleasantly.
