Changes at gas stations from April 13. We know what awaits drivers
Experts predict slight increases in fuel prices for next week. The increase will also cover LPG, which is not covered by the CPN package.
This is the second week in which maximum fuel prices at stations are in force – thanks to the “Fuel Prices Lower” (CPN) package (announced by the Ministry of Energy). e-petrol.pl experts emphasize that although Polish drivers are protected by the package and do not experience price increases, taking into account the dynamic changes on the global market, it is difficult to predict that prices will decline permanently. – This depends primarily on the good will of all parties involved in the Middle East conflict, and especially on when the transit of oil and fuels through the Strait of Hormuz will be at least partially unblocked. – write analysts.
When it comes to wholesale fuel prices, all fuels have seen reductions over the last week. – Pb98 decreased by PLN 83/m3, Pb95 by PLN 64.80/m3, diesel oil by PLN 178.20/m3, and heating oil by PLN 133.20/m3. The strongest correction concerned diesel – experts calculate.
Fuel prices next week
The opposite situation occurred on the retail market. Between April 1 and April 8, the prices of all fuels increased. Pb98 increased in price by PLN 0.03/l, just like the popular “95”. Diesel has gone up in price by as much as PLN 0.25/l, while autogas (not included in the CPN package) has gone up by PLN 0.15/l.
How much will drivers pay next week? e-petrol analysts predict that in the period April 13-19 this year. there may be a slight upward trend in some segments. Pb98 petrol should range from PLN 6.70 to PLN 6.79/l, Pb95 may cost from PLN 6.10 to PLN 6.19/l. In the case of diesel oil, prices are expected to be PLN 7.63–7.71/l, and LPG may remain in the range of PLN 3.83–3.92/l, which would mean a moderate increase. Let us recall that this week the Ministry of Energy announced that at the moment there are no plans to cover LPG fuel with solutions analogous to the CPN package.
