Business account with an accountant? An innovative idea from a Polish company
inFakt with UniCredit combine a business account and accounting in one application for JDG. The new service is intended to make it easier for micro-enterprises to start.
inFakt introduces a new solution for micro-entrepreneurs that combines elements of accounting and financial services in one tool. This is an innovative approach to managing a sole proprietorship (JDG) in the era of KSeF.
– At inFakt, we have long believed that the boundary between accounting and corporate banking should disappear. The premiere of the inFakt corporate account is the moment when this thesis becomes a product – the entrepreneur has one tool, one login and one process, instead of juggling three applications – emphasizes Włodek Markowicz, vice-president of inFak, in an interview with “Wprost”.
“It’s a nod to micro-enterprises”
The innovative idea of inFakt, implemented in cooperation with the UniCredit bank, is intended to support primarily JDG.
– Every year, approximately 300,000 new sole proprietorships are created. It is for them that we have created a solution that makes starting a business as simple as possible – explains inFakt in the released statement.
As the company emphasizes, for the first time Polish entrepreneurs receive a solution that combines convenient accounting with company banking services.
How? Within one application, users can now set up a company, conduct accounting with expert support, and manage finances through a fully integrated business account in a renowned bank, with a payment card. As the company’s representatives emphasize, the solution is also prepared for the challenges related to KSeF.
What’s hidden in the new service?
The new service integrates all the key elements needed to start a business in one place – from registering a company, through selecting an accountant, to handling payments and invoices.
– In one application, in one process, with one identity verification, we have covered all the areas needed to register and start your business – including settlements with customers and company partners – informs inFakt.
In practice, this means that the application to set up a company goes directly to CEIDG, the user can benefit from the support of verified accountants, and can also set up an online business account already at the registration stage – with automatic entry into CEIDG and the VAT white list. The system also enables the processing of invoices in KSeF and the execution of payments without the need to manually enter data. The account creation process takes place entirely in the application and – according to the company’s declaration – takes several minutes. The service is based on the BaaS (Banking-as-a-Service) model, in which the bank (in this case UniCredit) provides infrastructure and regulatory support, and inFakt provides financial products within its own platform.
