Big changes for Jarosław Kaczyński. That’s what his neighbors paid for the property

The Real Estate Price Register (RCN) is a database containing data on transaction prices of real estate that was the subject of sale. It is conducted by poviats on the basis of the Act on Geodetic and Cartographic Law. Approximately 700,000 people were sent there annually. transaction. The data was public, but access to it required fees. On February 13, transaction prices (i.e. those at which apartments were sold) were finally revealed.

The recently released data is being processed into user-friendly databases. Prices of individual apartments can be found, for example, on Deweloperuch or the website mojgeoportal.pl, which was created by the former Chief Surveyor of the Country Waldemar Izdebski. Historical data also appeared there. For example, you can check how much the second part of the duplex, where Jarosław Kaczyński lives, was purchased.

The data shows that for a plot of area PLN 2.3 million was paid for 341 square meters, and the transaction took place in March 2024. The data allows, among others: compare the value of properties in the area. The declaration of assets of the leader of Law and Justice shows that his house is estimated at approximately PLN 2.2 million. This proves that its value is not detached from reality.
