Attention, PKO customers! Access to the application will disappear at night
PKO BP announces a night technical break on August 3. IKO and IPKO Biznes applications will not work for an hour.
PKO Bank Polski has published a message in which it informs customers about a planned technical break. Difficulties will occur on the night of August 2-3 and will last an hour – from 1:00 to 2:00. The break will apply only to users of the IKO mobile applications and IPKO Biznes Mobile.
Mobile payments
At this time, it will not be possible to make payments using the IKO application, BLIK code, or via the IPKO Biznes application. The phone paying function will also not be available. This means that people using mobile banking should plan their transactions in advance.
PKO BP points out that all cards will work normally – both at ATMs and in stationary stores. In the case of online card payments, as part of 3D-secure 2 security, authorization will only be possible using SMS and PIN for the card.
Plan in advance
The bank appeals to customers to plan payments in advance. Although the break is short and falls at night, it can be burdensome for people who intensively use the mobile application for payment.
PKO BP belongs to banks that regularly inform about planned breaks and system updates, providing clients with the security and stability of services. This time the message is mainly addressed to business users and people paying with a phone every day.
