As many as four new directions from the south of Poland. Tourists will fly here with Wizz Air
Next year, the Hungarian carrier will significantly diversify its offer from southern Poland. There will be as many as four new products, including something for hot weather lovers.
Low-cost airlines Wizz Air and Ryanair from time to time expand their map of destinations and supply bases in Poland. The first carrier recently announced a May hit from Warsaw – pink and purple planes will take tourists to Genoa, a beautiful port city, and the fleet at the capital airport will be joined by another plane, an Airbus A321.
News is waiting not only for Warsaw residents. Residents of Upper Silesia will also be flown directly to the new place in Italy.
New Wizz Air routes. Where can you fly from Katowice?
Hungarian airlines announced new services for the summer from the airport in Katowice. Residents of Silesia can now plan trips to four cities for 2025, and the choice is really diverse. The following connections operate in the summer season:
-
Chisinau, start on June 1, flights every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday,
-
Pisa, start on June 2, flights every Monday, Wednesday and Friday,
-
Madrid, start on June 3, flights every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday,
-
Agadir, start on October 28, flights every Tuesday and Saturday.
Thus, Italy is becoming more and more accessible to the inhabitants of Katowice and the surrounding area – Ryanair connections from this city to Reggio Calabria were launched this fall. Flight prices to Pisa start from PLN 159 one way.
Hot weather lovers will also be interested in flights to Agadir, Morocco. The prices are very attractive – flights to the port with a view of the Atlantic start from PLN 299 one way.
More flights to Alicante
This is not the end of good news for travelers. Residents of Upper Silesia can flexibly adjust departures to their holiday plans. The Hungarian low-cost carrier has increased the frequency of connections on popular routes from Poland. During the week, you will be able to fly to Alicante, a Spanish hit, where Poles increasingly relax and invest in real estate, up to 4 times.
The airlines also added one new connection to Kutaisi in Georgia and to Keflavik in Iceland. As you can see, flights to Dortmund are also very popular. Wizz Air will increase the frequency of connections on this route from 14 to 21 flights per week.
