Modern support for young people in consistently shaping their professional careers by gaining practical experience is the key to success in many industries. Students of the State Construction Schools in Gdańsk who participate in the Inpro Academy educational program experience this for themselves. Inpro’s initiative is an investment in the future of the Tricity construction market and an expression of support for young staff.
A combination of education and practice
The first edition of the Academy takes place at the State Construction Schools in Gdańsk. Students from one of the fourth grades take part in the project, and the Academy includes practical lectures and workshops as well as visits to construction sites and Inpro’s subsidiaries. The classes are aimed at presenting practical aspects of work in the construction industry and familiarizing young people with modern technologies that play a key role in the dynamically developing sector.

The Academy program is much more than just theoretical classes. Young people take part in educational trips during which they learn about practical aspects of the industry. As part of the classes, students visited inBet, a manufacturer of prefabricated concrete elements, part of the Inpro Capital Group. The company operating in Kolbudy has been providing comprehensive solutions to clients in northern Poland and Scandinavia for almost 30 years.
Prefabrication, the future of construction
During their visit to InBet, students had the opportunity to see the production of prefabricated concrete elements, which are increasingly used in modern construction.

Prefabrication has been used, among others, during the construction of the Atut estate in Rotmanka, which is being built using high-quality prefabricated elements provided by inBet. This makes the finishing process much faster and more effective, which translates into the final price of the apartments and customer satisfaction, and additionally has a significant impact on the quality of finishing and the durability of the building.
Youth involvement
The director of the State Construction Schools in Gdańsk emphasizes that cooperation with Inpro is a unique opportunity for students.
– Thanks to the Inpro Academy, our students gain something they cannot learn from textbooks – practical knowledge and experience. Visits to construction sites, production plants and workshops with experts are extremely valuable elements of education. The students are delighted and eagerly await the next meetings – says Michał Stankiewicz, Director of PSB.
One of the important points of the Academy program is the opportunity to complete a paid internship at Inpro. The most committed project participants will have the opportunity to use the acquired knowledge in practice and further develop their skills under the supervision of Inpro experts.

The Inpro Academy will last until May this year. The organizers emphasize that the project is intended not only to impart knowledge, but also to inspire young people to develop and take up challenges in the construction industry.
