An aggressive tourist from Poland on a sunny island. He will remember these holidays for a long time
Tourists on vacation do not always behave appropriately. Recently, a Pole showed an inappropriate display of aggression on an Indonesian island. The police quickly took care of him.
The incident took place in Bali in Uluwatu, a place loved by tourists. We go there for exotic views and high temperatures, because good weather is almost guaranteed. He wanted to relax on a beautiful island, among others. A 38-year-old from Poland, however, ended up in custody.
Aggressive Pole in Bali
A young Pole’s inconspicuous trip to the city got out of control. The man was right next to a local music club and attacked one of the security guards with a bottle. It all started innocently, because the tourist first only used a drone with a camera and recorded the area. The staff at the said establishment didn’t like this, so they decided to take action.
The Pole was asked by security to delete the recording made in front of the club. He was informed that the venue must ensure privacy for its guests. The 38-year-old did not intend to comply with the request, he started arguing and that’s when the attack took place. Afterwards, the tourist ran away from the police, which did not end well for him.
Tourist arrested
The local police quickly caught the aggressive Pole and he was arrested. Before this happened, the man also showed aggression towards the policeman. The case became so famous that even the local media covered it. A tourist from our country definitely did not bring us good fame.
“The suspect resisted arrest and even threw our officer to the ground, which resulted in an ankle injury,” said Kombesa Jansen Avitusa, a police spokesman in Bali, quoted by The Bali Times.
Local media reports show that the man has been in custody for several days on suspicion of assaulting a police officer. He is under investigation.
This is not the first time that Polish tourists abroad behave inappropriately. Aggressive men from our country have already appeared, among others: in airplanes, which often resulted in emergency landings. We are also often judged critically by starting races or “chair wars”. When it comes to arrests, this year the following people were put behind bars abroad: A Pole resting in Italy. There he was exposed as a fugitive wanted for drug crimes.
