There is no shortage of Poles in Spanish areas. The most famous duo that has been living on the Iberian Peninsula for several years is the Lewandowski family. The wife of the captain of the Polish national team sent disturbing recordings via social media, showing that the high water in Spanish regions, specifically Catalonia, does not let up. The recordings show flooded roads and the fact that after heavy rainfall, the situation in Catalonia – to put it mildly – is far from optimal. Residents were also to receive official warnings from local authorities about heavy water also occurring in residential areas.

Moreover, due to a violent storm, the training unit of the LaLiga leaders was canceled. The difficult weather situation is expected to last in Catalonia until November 7. Certainly, the Iberian Peninsula is eagerly awaiting an improvement in the weather, which would help both in returning to some sort of normality – in the areas of the above-mentioned Valencia – and also remove any possible threat to other parts of the country.

FC Barcelona will play its next match away, in the Champions League. Lewandowski and his colleagues (including Wojciech Szczęsny) will play on the ground of Red Star, in the “hot” stadium in Belgrade due to the lively fans.
