The information came after the decision from the PZPN club license committee, which considered the applications. As we read on the website 90minut.pl, Lechia Gdańsk did not receive a license authorizing the club to participate in PKO BP Ekstraklasa in the 2025/2026 season due to failure to complete the criterion F.05 (financial forecast).
Clubs may be appealed against the above decisions through the PZPN Club License Committee to the PZPN Club License Committee within 5 (five) days from the date of their receipt.
