A well -known athlete died on the spot. A tragic accident in the Giant Mountains

Czech sport affected a huge tragedy. Tomas Kloucek is a well -known character related to ice hockey, it is not accidental that he goes to the best league in the world, the American NHL. In the Czech sports career he was a player, among others New York Rangers, which chose Kloucka in the draft. In total, he played 141 matches in NHL. He ended his sports career after the 2016/17 season. In addition to the US and the Czech Republic, this player could be seen, among others on hockey panes in the league in France.

Tomas Klocek is dead. A tragic accident in the Giant Mountains

It was a fatal event that occurred on Sunday (i.e. March 16) in Medvedin, near the ski resort in the spindlery mill. It is the area of ​​the Hradec country in the Czech Giant Mountains, i.e. the highest mountain range of the Sudetes.

The man hit the energy pole on the edge of the slope. Although the pole was marked and protected with appropriate, soft material, and Klocek was wearing a helmet, unfortunately the force of the impact at high speed, turned out to be deadly.

The mountain service, after reaching the place, together with the lifeguards of the Air Ambulance from Libert, did not manage to save the former hockey player. As the Czech media quote, fatal injuries were found. Unfortunately, Klocek died on the spot.

– I can’t even describe the words of the amazing pain I feel now. Yesterday, after a tragic accident, my man, my universe, my love, the father of our children, but also your friend Tomas Klocek, left us forever (…) Many of you had around him and you deserve to know about it – widow after the social media after a former hockey player, Barbora Klouckov, told.

The former hockey player was the father of two children aged nine and seven years old and a loving husband of his wife. He died at the age of only 45.
