A unique ticket discount on Polish trains. You will visit an interesting place
Rail carriers don’t just offer discounts on rides on their trains. Some people turn the trip into something more. This is what awaits tourists at Koleje Mazowieckie.
We mentioned this promotion some time ago. This time, however, Koleje Mazowieckie especially encourages you to take advantage of cheaper tickets to enter another Masovian attraction than last time. They may not be PLN 1 tickets like in PKP, but they will also save you some money. At the same time, you can have a nice time in autumn.
Promotion of the Masovian Railways
What is this all about? We are talking about the “Railway to Culture” campaign, which lasts until the end of 2025. Many partners of Koleje Mazowieckie allow you to use cheaper tickets or even free tickets in exchange for a train ride. Every month, the carrier promotes selected places that we can visit at a lower price. It turns out that as much as 20 percent we will receive a discount on performances taking place at the headquarters of the Mazowsze ensemble. We are talking about the Karolin Polish Folklore Center. The place is located only 28 km from the center of Warsaw.
What needs to be done? Just make any trip with Koleje Mazowieckie, then keep your ticket and show it at the ticket office of the facility you are going to. “You can buy a ticket for a selected concert of the ‘Mazowsze’ band in the ‘Mazowsze’ Auditorium in Otrębusy with a 20% discount (excluding educational concerts),” we read on the website mazowsze.waw.pl.
It was also reported that the discount on a given ticket for a performance is valid for up to 30 days from the expiry date of the given train ticket. One train ticket entitles you to buy one concert ticket.
It is worth remembering that tourists can also use cheap tickets to other places. among others Jan Kochanowski Museum in Czarnoles, Museum of the White Eagle in Skarżysko-Kamienna or the Museum Station in Warsaw. For example, we can enter the first one for free if we are entitled to a reduced ticket there.

Many interesting events take place at the Karolin Polish Folklore Center. Currently, the repertoire includes, among others: such a performance as “Polish Bethlehem”, the concert “Kaleidoscope of Polish Colors” or “The Music Played for Him” - the anniversary concert of the PZLPiT “Mazowsze” named after T. Sygietyński. It is worth remembering that the “Mazowsze” band itself is one of the world’s largest artistic groups drawing on the richness of national dances, songs, chants and customs.
