The dramatic event occurred at the weekend in the Alps. Lightning hit three tourists. Nobody survived.

According to reports of the portal, ORF Tirol, tourists came down from the summit of Damuelser Mittagsspitze located in the high Alps in the Landeck poviat. Unexpectedly, the weather was collapsed. The wanderers did not find safe shelter in time. Lightning fatally hit a 62-year-old man and his 60-year-old brother and wife.

Patrick Wechner, the head of the Alpine police, provided on Monday information that before 7pm on Sunday he received information about the disappearance of three tourists. It resulted from them that the descent from the Damülser Mittagsspitze summit began at 12.30 and until 19:00 they did not reach a fixed point.

Initially, the emergency services thought that tourists perverted from the established trail, and the bad thing made it difficult to find a safe way back. A rescue operation began. It was also decided to use air units.
