Due to the disease that affects many people in Poland, we decided to include this moving appeal.

“My daughter, Lena Wojtaszek, passed away when she was only 15 years old. She is my crazy, colorful bird with a wonderful smell and smile. Every hug she gave me meant that nothing else mattered. Dad, look, dad, read, a yellow car, a tag. She took her in her arms and never let her go. She fought, we fought. We won not one, not two battles. I didn’t count the battles we won. I was convinced that we were already heading in the right direction. and it hit… As hard as it could. Depression. Don’t ask how, it doesn’t matter. I love and will love people in different ways. Just don’t forget about children with depression, they are losing the fight against their thoughts, which they don’t want to let anyone know.

There are many entries on the Internet expressing sympathy after the girl’s death.

Lena Wojtaszek’s funeral will take place in Świdnica in Lower Silesia – next Wednesday, May 6.
