A new tax hotline is launched. What can you ask an employee?
Do you need to quickly and efficiently get answers to your questions related to tax or customs law? Do you want to obtain information on your tax matter? After October 1, you will be able to call the new tax hotline, which will efficiently connect you with employees of tax offices.
To clarify tax issues, even quite complex ones, you will soon no longer need to consult a tax advisor or ask questions in thematic groups on the Internet. The new hotline of the National Tax Administration will be launched on October 1. KAS assures that the calls will be answered not by a bot, but by an employee, which should shorten the service time and help callers avoid a lot of stress.

TelePIN for individual tax information
What’s new is the ability to obtain not only general advice – such a question can already be asked via the e-Tax Office – but also individual tax information. Until now, this was not an option via the hotline because such information was treated as fiscal secrecy. Now you can ask them, but it will require entering the telePIN code. You can set it yourself at the Tax Office. You can log in to the e-Office, e.g. using online banking. Once you log in, go to the Settings section, select the National Tax Administration Hotline and set the telePIN.
The Tax Office ensures that the authentication process using telePIN is carried out automatically by the system, and identity confirmation takes place without the participation of a KAS employee.
The tax office hotline will be available on Monday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and from Tuesday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Here is the list of telephone numbers:
