This popular town will be even more accessible to tourists from Łódź in the summer. Travel agencies plan trips to Monastery in Tunisia.
From June 2026, tourists will have an exotic resort at their fingertips. From Łódź they will fly to Monastir, a port city on the eastern coast of Tunisia. It is located about 15 km from Sousse on the Bay of Hammamet. The website tulodz.pl reported that in the summer of 2026, two travel agencies will take clients there for organized holidays.
Flights from Poland to Monastir
Wioletta Gnacikowska, spokeswoman for the Łódź Airport, said that the trips will be offered by Sun&Fun and Join Up! travel agencies. Charter connections on the Łódź-Monastyr-Łódź route (until October 1) will be operated by the Tunisian Nouvelair airlines.
Monastir is a popular holiday resort in Tunisia, and good weather there will be guaranteed. In summer, temperatures on the east coast reach around 30 degrees Celsius.
Holiday offers in this city are already offered by travel agencies, but the journey from Enfidha airport takes about an hour. Monastir Airport is located only 8 km from the city, which means that tourists can reach their hotels quickly and conveniently.
This winter season, passengers from Łódź had to choose between two Egyptian resorts – Sharm el Sheikh and Marsa Alam. However, you will have to wait for these connections to return. “We know that the organizer has some problems with the fleet and we are waiting for an answer as to when it could start. We are ready,” said Wioletta Gnacikowska.
Destinations from Łódź for 2026
A new offer for summer 2026 will be charter flights to Majorca, as part of trips organized by the TUI travel agency. In addition, the summer schedule will include destinations already well known to tourists – Analya in Turkey, Greece (the beloved islands of Crete, Rhodes and Zakynthos), Burgas in Bulgaria and Tirana in Albania.
