Søstrene Grene, a Danish network known from a wide range of household items, intends to open its stores, including in Poland. The debut is planned for next year.
According to the portal dlahandlu.pl, the well -known Danish network Søstrene Grene announced plans for expansion to Italy, as well as Poland for next year.
Italy has been identified as a key goal due to the scale and retail maturity. Co -owner and general director of the Mikkel Vaupell Grene Group argues that the Italian market has a potential that can be compared to Germany and Great Britain, where the company also intends to open its facilities (there are plans to launch about 100 stores in each of the countries). Co -owner of Søstrene Grene describes Italy as “one of the largest retail markets in Europe”, also indicating the strong recognition of this country for Nordic design.

In turn, Poland is a new border for the company, because the brand will appear in this part of Europe for the first time. The authorities of the Danish network do not hide that the entrance to our country will be a unique challenge. However, they expressed optimism as to the size of the market and modern trade infrastructure. – We need to spend some time to understand dynamics– said Mikkel Vaupell Grene, emphasizing that Poland offers “a large market with huge commercial potential” and some of the most attractive shopping centers in Europe.
The latest strategy of Søstrene Grene involves strengthening your presence in Europe through carefully selected new territories. The goal is 500 locations.
The Søstrene Gnene existing since 1973 is a Danish trade network known from a wide range of household products, with particular emphasis on Scandinavian design.
