A hit from Ryanair for the holidays. Popular destinations from PLN 65 one way
Visiting Italy away from the crowds can be cheaper. Ryanair has launched another promotion for flights in January and February. Flash sale ends today.
December is a time of numerous promotions. It is no different in the case of the low-cost carrier Ryanair, which once again tempts us with airline tickets priced below PLN 80. This time we will find an interesting destination for a city break, among others: from Warsaw-Modlin. This Italian city will be especially appreciated by tourists who like sightseeing and beautiful coastline.
Bari, the capital of the province of the same name, located in the Puglia region, guarantees unforgettable views and wonderful cuisine.
January is the coldest month of the year here, but it will be warmer there than in Poland. There are no ski slopes in Puglia, but they can be reached by car in a few hours. A popular destination among the inhabitants of Puglia is Monte Volturino in the Basilicata region.
Bari for the holidays. Sightseeing without crowds
Exactly at the beginning of the holidays, we can fly from Warsaw-Modlin to Bari for 5 days. If you choose the cheapest option, you will pay only PLN 148 for round-trip flights. If we are not guided by the school holidays (they start on January 20), we will find more such configurations this month. A bit more expensive, but still affordable in February. For example, for flights between February 8-17 you have to pay PLN 250 both ways.
Even in January you can enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea here. The local old town was built on a limestone rock near the sea. There will be plenty of narrow streets typical of southern Italy.
The pearl of the region is the town of Polignano a Mare (about half an hour’s drive from Bari), famous for its stunning beach. Bari will also be close to a very famous attraction – the unique trulli houses that can be found in the commune of Alberobello.

In January, we will also save money on Italian destinations from other Polish cities. We will fly from Rzeszów to Milan for PLN 130 (return price). Flights to Rome from Wrocław may be a hit – on January 22-30 we will pay for them… also PLN 130.
