The deregulation of Tusk’s government is gaining momentum. Brzoska summarizes the changes to date and reveals what we check with his role in the team.

Rafał Brzoska, acting as a representative of entrepreneurs for deregulation, informed PAP that the team responsible for simplifying the regulations is ready to continue activities. The InPost leader also referred to his future role in the social team we check.

Deregulation team

The summary of previous deregulation activities took place on Monday. This process was initiated by Prime Minister Donald Tusk, who appointed two teams: social under the leadership of Rafał Brzoska and government, led by Maciej Berk. Within a hundred days, the government implemented 125 postulates reported by the social side and directed 63 bills to the Sejm. About 20 of them have already been signed by the president.

Brzoska reminded that the team published on the website we check about 16,000 proposals, of which 500 concerned social, civil and micro enterprises. About 200 ideas were qualified for further procedure and transformed into legislative projects. According to Brzoska, half of them may come into force in the next year.

Not all of the key postulates for entrepreneurs have been implemented so far. Brzoska pointed to issues such as improving internet access, more efficient judiciary or digitization of public services. However, he expressed the hope that the deregulation process would be continued as a permanent element of state policy.

When asked about his further role in the project, Brzoska pointed out that he formally ends the leadership in the team, but still intends to support deregulatory activities, although not from the first line. He emphasized that the team works effectively and can continue to carry out their tasks, and the future form of cooperation depends on the decision of the prime minister.

Changes in the regulations

Among the laws signed by the president were, among others Changes regarding a 6-month Vacatio Legis for tax regulations and increasing the limit of revenue revenue from VAT to 240 thousand. zloty. Work is also underway on the project of changes in the MOBKATO application, which is to introduce a virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence.

Another processed solution is the Act enabling the Employer to exclude companies from outside the EU from tenders, which is to protect Polish enterprises from unfair competition.
