10-meter micro-studio in Warsaw for sale. Outrageous price

An advert for the sale of a 10-square-meter micro-studio in Warsaw appeared on one of the websites. Its price significantly exceeds the average price per square meter of an apartment in the capital.

The increase in real estate prices means that studio apartments are becoming increasingly popular. Many people decide to buy them because they cannot afford something bigger. However, their prices can be astronomical, as you can see by following popular portals with advertisements for apartments for sale.

An advertisement for the sale of a 10-square-meter micro-studio has just appeared on one of such websites.

I have for sale an unusual, unique, beautiful, modern micro-studio of 10 m2, which consists of a room with a kitchenette and a bathroom. The apartment is tiny, but beautiful and wonderful. The apartment is located in an exceptionally intimate 3-storey building. The apartment is in a super standard, every centimeter has been used in the apartment. The apartment has everything new – this is how the author of the advertisement praises the micro-studio.

In addition, the author draws attention to the “absolutely top location”. The micro-studio is located in Warsaw’s Wola district, close to Moczydło Park, between streets such as Górczewska, Obozowa, Deotymy, Aleja Prymasa Tysiąclecia. Getting to the center of the capital takes about 10 minutes.

A cosmic price for a micro-studio

The micro-studio – as indicated in the advertisement – is ideal, for example, as an apartment for a student for the duration of their studies, or as a “getaway apartment for someone who wants to have something of their own in Warsaw” and does not want – as written – to pay over PLN 100,000 more for a studio, because – as indicated – studio apartments in a top location and of this standard cost around PLN 450,000.

So how much does the author of the ad expect for a 10-square-meter micro-studio? PLN 320,000, or over PLN 30,000 per square meter. Let’s recall that the average price per square meter in the capital is about PLN 17,000.
