Between 2006 and  2007 Radio ORLA fm was invited to present a series of weekly Polish-language podcasts alongside our buddies at Polish Express for Podcast Creations, latterly Global Podcasts and part of the mainstream broadcaster which includes Capital FM in London.

Here is how our hosts introduced us online:

The show debuted on 6 August, barely three months after Radio ORLA itself launched. Various members of Radio ORLA, past and present, participated in these podcasts, sandwiched between commentary from the girls at Polish Express, and they represented the first of many breakthrough achievements for the fledgling radio station, which is now into its fourth year on air!

We interviewed cultural figureheads from Poland as well as tackled community concerns and British media perceptions of Poles with our Polish Express pals. Some of these podcasts will make you nostalgic, others will inform you, and others, well, they will make you cringe. We are proud of how far we have come as a broadcaster.
